Account Manager – IT Infrastructure

  • Develop strategies and account plans to achieve territory GM objectives
  • Listen and partner with customers to understand how we can build and customize solutions to meet their needs
  • Penetrate Key IT Projects in your territory/customers
  • Become the “Go-to” source for our product portfolio for your customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Vendors
  • Work with partners/vendors to define the technical solution for a project
  • Continuously prospect and network for new business/customers
  • Increase your penetration/wallet share within existing accounts
  • Work with other regional sales teams as needed for national projects
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor activity, both OEM and VAR
  • Utilize CRM tools for managing the sales process and forecasting


  • Minimum 5 years sales in the IT Technology Market, preferably with a VAR or Systems Integrator
  • Demonstrated successful track record of closing IT Solutions Sales
  • Knowledge of how to build recurring revenue business
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key accounts
  • Demonstrate the ability to network up and across an IT Organization
  • Strong knowledge and experience in solutions/strategic selling
